Grid 2 Release Date

Codemasters has announced the official release date for Grid 2 the sequel to the original landmark racing game.

Grid 2 will be released on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC on May 31st.

Details of the Grid 2 Special Edition have also been released by Codemasters and it is available to pre-order now, and will feature extra content that can be redeemed via PlayStation Network, and Xbox LIVE for Xbox 360 and Windows PC.

UK gamers will get the Grid 2 Brands Hatch Edition by pre-ordering online or in store with the retailer Game. The Brands Hatch Edition will contain the McLaren Racing Pack with the McLaren MP4-12C GT3 and two new routes around the Brands Hatch track. The Head Start Pack will include the exclusive Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722 GT.
