iOS 5 Jailbroken (Tethered)

It has been confirmed by @MuscleNerd that iOS 5 has been jailbroken.
This is a Tethered jailbreak so you need your iDevice to be connected to a PC every time you reboot.
According to @MuscleNerd the jailbreak was done in conjunction with the limera1n exploit and a tethered boot. He mentioned that the boot rom exploit has not been patched and will work on iOS 5 final.
