Parrot AR Drone

I was at the Gadget Show Live event in Birmingham last weekend and seen these amazing flying machines that were controlled via your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch called the Parrot AR Drone.

The AR Drone has 2 built in cameras that let you stream live video to your screen. The controls are simple just tilt the iPhone in the direction you want to fly and it even has a take off and land button for those ultra smooth landings. Height is also controlled on screen and you can even rotate the AR Drone 360 degrees while in full flight.

These amazing little machines don't come cheap with a £300 price tag but they sure look like a huge amount of fun.
