Glad to be on Xbox Live

After all that's been happening with Sony recently it makes me glad that I'm an Xbox Live gamer.
Over all the years I have been on Xbox Live I don't ever remember the service going down for days and causing gamers such aggravation as the PSN.
Apparently a few PS3 owners are saying that the Playstation  customer support is practically non existent and if it were Xbox Live that had gone down there would be constant updates.

I don't mind paying what I consider a small fee for the Xbox Live service but not sure if PS3 owners would feel the same if Sony do start charging.
